Superinsulated film with a vacuum deposited alluminium layer depostied on 1 side of the film to approximately 400 angstrom to provide an effective radiation barrier. The material benefits from a crinkled surface and together with high mechanical strength and tear risistance make it ideal for cryogenic fabrication insulation.
