Payment

Payment is due 30 days after the invoice date for account customers. Non-account customers should provide payment with orders after first consulting our sales department on appropriate prices and dispatch charges. Cheques should be made payable to ICEoxford®. Payment can be made by VISA or MASTERCARD over the telephone.

Claims for damage

Please notify ICEoxford® of any damage or shortfall in quantities ordered within 25 days of shipment.
