Fixed Sample Holder

The ICE Fixed Sample Holder is a copper plate designed for the sample to be fixed to, providing a direct thermal link to the sample for quicker cooling.

The sample holder can be mounted to our range of sample rods and cold probes. 360° of rotation can be achieved about the z-axis along with ± 30mm of axial motion via a sliding seal. The operating temperatures of the sample holder are between 0.3K and  420K.
