ICEoxford vibration test rig gets up and running

As applications in quantum technologies and advanced research continue to push the limits of precision, ultra-low vibration performance at cryogenic temperatures has become a critical system requirement.

To address this, we have invested in a dedicated vibration test rig capable of testing below 10nm. This facility enables high-resolution measurement and analysis of vibration across our cryogenic platforms, supporting detailed validation of mechanical stability, isolation performance and system dynamics under operating conditions.

These capabilities allow us to refine designs, minimise vibration transfer and ensure our systems meet the stringent stability requirements demanded by next-generation low-temperature applications.
