Carbon Fibre Sample Rod

The carbon fibre sample rod allows fast cooling of samples in exchange gas. The top loading probe operates in the temperature range of 1.5K to 800K and is fitted with radiation baffles to minimise the conductive and radiated heat loads to the sample region. 

The probe attaches via a flange and hangs down inside the sample space of the insert. It is terminated in a copper mount which can be customised to secure our range of sample holders. The housing can be tailored to meet your needs.
