Third CNC Delivered to ICE - August 2017
Due to a significant increase in customer orders and the continued success of the first two CNC machines, ICE has now taken delivery of a larger-capacity machine to further expand its manufacturing capabilities.
The investment forms part of the company’s ongoing commitment to increasing production efficiency, improving turnaround times, and maintaining the high standards of quality expected by its customers. Since the introduction of the original CNC machines, ICE has seen substantial improvements in both productivity and operational flexibility across a wide range of projects.
The addition of the new larger-capacity machine will allow the company to undertake more complex and higher-volume work in-house, while also increasing machining capacity for larger components. This enhanced capability will further strengthen ICE’s ability to respond quickly to urgent customer requirements and changing production demands.
Bringing more manufacturing processes in-house has also significantly reduced the company’s reliance on external suppliers, helping to improve lead times, streamline production scheduling, and provide greater control over quality and delivery performance.
As demand continues to grow, ICE remains committed to investing in advanced equipment and technology to support customers with reliable, efficient, and responsive manufacturing solutions.
